They can show you systems, take pictures for you, send you their recommendations and we will send you a full home inspection report. Appraisers, surveyors, and pest inspectors can also do their job without you showing up at the property.
The Settlement: Our title company will bring the closing to you or we can set up a virtual notary and get the closing done in a way that makes you feel the most comfortable.
